摘要：本段动画的制作有学生努力的成分，但更多的是老师的鼓励和信任。2008年10月份，为配合教学，老师安排我做导柱式落料模的动作过程动画。因为没有制作动画的知识和经验积累，所以制作过程中问题不断，一度曾丧失信心。后来在老师的引导和启发下坚定了信心。制作过程经历了数次的反复，后来经过比较以及上网上咨询，最终选择了自己比较熟悉的pro/E3.0来制作动画。本段动画是基于“pro/E3.0”软件的动画模块来制作的。包括“装配”和“动画制作”两大部分。装配是制作动画的基础，和通常意义上的装配不同的是：制作动画采用的装配方式是“活动装配”。动画制作包括基本的“动作制作”、“定时视图”、“定时透明”等方面的制作。其中的每个方面又有许多需要注意的，在后面的设计说明书部分会详细介绍。本套设计所含内容包括：一份设计说明书，本段动画所用到的“part”文件，制造好的导柱式落料模动画（mpeg格式），并附光碟一张。最后衷心感谢河南机专以及各位老师对学生的培养和关心，祝母校长青，老师们阖家幸福！
