摘      要
本设计题目为带固定挡料销的导板式落料模动画仿真设计，体现了带固定挡料销的冲压类零部件的动画仿真的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该冲压动画仿真的设计，进一步加强了本人对带固定挡料销的冲压模具的基础知识，为设计更为复杂的动画做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲压成型工艺及proe动画仿真设计的基础知识，首先分析该冲压模具的结构与性能，最后实现板料冲压成形过程计算机仿真系统设计。运用此动画，可以更加方便大家对带固定挡料销的导板式落料模的认识。

Abstract

The use of this animation, we can be more easily fixed with the guide pin block material blanking plate mode awareness.
