摘要
本文主要内容是关于粉体特性和N26球化机的设计说明。首先,介绍了粉体技术的发展和粉体研究的目的。其次,是对粉体特性的介绍,包括颗粒粒径,颗粒形状因数,粒径分布,粉体的流变学,粒度的测定等方面,其次,是对N26球化机的计算与设计。球化机是一个新概念,它是把筛分机械的筛分功能和球磨机的打磨功能结合在一起,开发出来的一种粉体机械。球化机的工作包括对物料的打磨和筛分作业处理;N26型球化机能让物料达到一定的球度。N26球化机的工作原理是物料先从进料漏斗进入机体,经螺旋传动装置被送进具有球磨功能的功能模块,并在筛分模块的作用下,当物料达到一定的粒度和球度后,便从出料口排出。我的毕业设计就是对球化机的认识和研究,并设计出N26球化机的总体结构,完成球化机的相关计算。

ABSTRACT
The this article primary coverage is about the powder characteristic and N26 spheroidization entire grain of machine design calculation showing. First, this article introduced the powder body project development and the powder body studies goal. Next, is to the powder body characteristic introduction, including the pellet particle size, the grain shape factor, the grain-size distribution, the powder body rheology, the granularity measures the grade aspect. Last, is about the N26heroidization entire grain of machine design. Spheroidizes the entire grain machine is a new concept, it is sieves the machinery the screening function and the ball mill polish function unifies in together, develops one kind of powder body machinery. Entire grain of machine work including to material polish and screening job processing. But N26 spheroidization entire grain of function lets the material achieve certain sphericity. The N26 spheroidization entire grain of machine principle of work is the material first enters organism from the feeding funnel, is fed in after the screw gearing has the ball grinding function function module, and in under screening module function, after the material achieved certain granularity and the sphericity, then discharges from the discharge hole. My graduation project is to spheroidizes the entire grain of machine understanding and the research, and designs the N26 spheroidization entire grain of machine overall structure, completes spheroidizes the entire grain of machine correlation computation.
