摘要
本文的研究目的是设计一种光电式的药品数粒机,并借助SolidWorks软件完成该机器的机械结构设计。如今,工业自动化技术飞速发展,药品数粒机由原始机械式发展到自动电控式并且在医药行业生产线上广泛使用,大大增加了药品的生产效率。本文就现阶段广泛使用的光电式数粒机进行研究与分析,设计了这样一款机器。该机器主要分为振动落料部分、光电数粒部分、送料装瓶部分和机器升降部分。该机器的工作流程如下:药品经三级电磁振动送料机输送到检测通道中,在自由落体过程中遮挡红外传感器产生信号,计数器累计计数,当达到预设值后由气缸驱动的料门关闭进行装瓶。在硬件电路部分主要是以STM32作为主控制器、红外式传感器为检测元件完成计数并控制相应的执行元件。
本课题基于国内当前中小型制药企业的实际需求设计了一款高效率,高精度,稳定性好的数粒机,降低了企业投资成本。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of Photoelectric Pill and Tablets Counter, and complete the design of mechanical structure by the aid of SolidWorks. Nowadays, with the continuous development of automatic industry technology, the tablet counter is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry which have greatly improved efficiency. This paper analyzes the present Photoelectric Pill and Tablets Counter which is mostly used. The machine consists of four parts: the vibration feeder, the photoelectric counter, the bottling system and the lifting system. The workflow of the machine are as follows: the tablets are transported to the detecting channels by vibrating feeder and will trigger the sensors while they are in free fall, in the same time accumulator will accumulate. After reaching the preset, the spreader driven by cylinder will close and the tablets are going to be bottled. In part of the process of the hardware circuit design, STM32 and infrared sensor are used as main control chip and detecting element respectively to achieve the function of counting and controlling of the other actuators. This topic designed a kind of tablets counter with the virtues of high efficiency and rigidity as well as stability based on demand of the actual requirement of Minor Pharmaceutical Enterprises, reduced the investment cost.
