摘 要
我设计的是半自动平压模切机送料机构。半自动平压模切机满足了现在人们的须要。各种各样的种类与类型,不档次的纸板制造都是由半自动平压模切机所制造的。在这个设计中主要是怎么让纸板安全有效的输送进主机。我就设计了一个半自动平压模切机的抓起装置,利用这个抓起装置把放在地上的纸板抓起,然后进行向着进入主机输送纸板进行平压模切的制造。这次设计我利用的很多课外的知识,然后利用cad画图画出装配图。进行各个零件的装配。我设计的半自动平压模切机送料机构还是比较复杂的。

Abstract

每小时压制3000张;
上模固定,下模向上移动的行程长度H=(50+0.5)mm,回程的平均速度为工作行程平均速度的1.3倍;
工作行程的最后2mm范围内受到生产阻力Pr=2*106N,回程不受力。下模与滑块总质量共120kg。工作台离地1200mm。
