摘要:本文介绍了联合收割机中风机在我国农业生产中的重要意义,发展前景以及有待解决的科研问题。目前在稻麦联合收割机中大多采用的是低压中速离心式风机,其气流沿叶轮宽度方向分布的均匀性比较差。本设计为离心—轴流组合式清粮风机,改变了风机出口风速的均匀性,且改变了普通离心式风机的出口风速分布情况两端较高中间较低的弊端。

Design of Interflow Air Blower for Combine-Harvester
Abstract: This dissertation introduces the fans in the combined harvesters in agricultural production in China, the development prospect is the important significance and scientific problems to be solved. At present,it maunly adopt the low pressure,medium speed centrifugal type air blower in rice,wheat combine stroke machine.Its uniformality of current along the distribution of the direction of impeller width,quite bad,presently designed.The centrifugal–axis flows the combined type cleargrain air blower,changed the uniformity of the speed of air blower exportation wind,also changed the ordinary centrifugal-type air blower the gusty area wind speed distribution situation beginnings and ends to behigher,among a lower abuse.
