摘 要

信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势，我们已经进入信息时代，作为社会和科学技术发展的三大支柱（材料、能源、信息)之一，信息是管理的基础，是进行决策的基本依据。大数据时代，信息的庞大需要管理和控制。
大学生贷款系统是将IT技术用于在校大学生贷款和大学生信用档案的管理。它能够收集与存储大学生的贷款人数信息和大学生个人信用档案；提供信息即时更新的系统；协助学校和银行帮助大学生进行贷款活动；
该系统采用ASP语言为开发工具，实现大学生贷款系统的设计与实现，该系统具有网上申请，网上审批，系统管理，修改个人信息，互通信息，公告信息等功能。用户主要包括申请贷款学生，学校贷款信息管理处及经办银行，对不同用户有不同的系统权限功能。该系统的实现将有利于大学生贷款信息化，快速化，能有效解决大学生贷款问题，具有很强的推广价值。 [资料来源：Doc163.com]
