摘要
天旅旅游服务管理系统是典型的实现旅游业务的管理信息系统。根据实际情况，系统主要分为预订管理、产品管理与用户管理三大模块。它可提供对多种旅游信息的添加、删除、查询、修改的功能。其信息丰富详尽、访问方便快捷，旅游者可直接浏览旅游文字、图片与多媒体等相关信息。旅行社可以通过这一系统帮助旅游者完成预定工作，方便旅行社对旅游者需求及时做出反应。其界面简洁美观，同时方便游客浏览以及后台管理操作，可维护性强。
   系统遵循经济高效、安全可靠、便于操作与维护的原则，采用了SQL SERVER2012来设计数据库，并使用具有高效的体系结构指导、综合数据库开发特点的Visual Studio2013来满足数据库一致性强、安全性高的要求。以其多种概念工具、逻辑工具和实体设计工具来建立系统应用原型，随后根据需求分析对原型系统进行不断的改正，直到满足客户需求为止。
   本文详细描述了天旅旅游管理服务系统的分析、设计与实施的过程，归纳了系统开发时所遇到的问题以及需要改进的地方。

Abstract
TianLv tour service management system is a new and practical management information system. According to the actual process needs, it is mainly divided into three modules ,including product management, order management and customer management. It implements the functions of browsing, querying, adding, modifying, deleting and database backup of various tourist information. It is rich in information, detailed and convenient to visit. Tourists can browse relevant information about tourism texts, pictures and multimedia directly. Through this system, the travel agency can help tourists complete their scheduled work and facilitate the travel agency to respond to the needs of tourists in a timely manner. The interface is beautiful and convenient for visitors to browse and background management operations with strong maintainability .
     Following the principles of economy, efficiency, safety, reliability and ease of operation and maintenance,it adopts Structured Query Language Server 2012 to design the database. Besides,it also use Visual Studio 2013 with efficient architecture guidance, integrated database development features to meet the consistency,and high security requirements of the database. A system application prototype is built with its various conceptual tools, logical tools, and entity design tools. 功能需求
（1）产品信息管理：包括线路、景点和服务的评价、游记以及优惠等信息的录入、删除、查询、修改等内容。
（2）预订信息管理：包括线路选择信息、出行与返程时间信息、游客基本信息、服务项目的选择、支付等一系列信息的录入、删除、查询、修改等内容。
（3）客户信息管理：包括客户的注册、登陆、付款、取消、退款、投诉与建议、游记的发表、个人信息维护等信息的录入、删除、查询、修改等内容。
（4）统计分析：每天和每月都可以对某日的经营状况进行每日仅能进行一次结算，统计完后可以比较某一月份里每天的收入，也可以比较某一年里每月的收入。还可以根据好评率以及销量价格等因素进行智能排序与推荐。
（5）系统备份和恢复：及时备份数据库文件以防数据遗失。在机器出现重大错误时还可对数据进行恢复。
