随着网络的飞速发展，互联网已经成为了21世纪的一种主流的管理模式。OA协同办公系统作为新兴行业的一部分，具有方便、快捷、种类多等一系列的特点。
OA协同办公系统采用了asp.net语言，基于B/S结构，本系统开发平台Visual Studio，数据库采用SQL Server。OA协同办公系统分为用户和管理员。管理员的功能有：人事档案管理、通知公告管理、留言管理、公文管理、办公档案管理、会议室管理、系统管理等功能。普通员工的功能有：办公文档管理、通知公告、留言管理、公文管理、会议室管理、系统管理等功能。本系统方便管理员进行更加方便快捷的管理，可以提高办公管理效率。
本论文主要内容：首先，阐述了选题背景与意义及理论基础研究和关键核心技术。其次，通过对系统的功能进行分析后，介绍了系统的功能和数据库的实现。最后，描述了系统实现全过程，并对OA协同办公系统进行测试介绍。

（1）通知公告管理模块：发布一些最新的办公室动态和一些通知信息等操作。
（2）公文管理模块：设置公文的分类以及添加、编辑、删除公文和发布，还可以查看发件箱。
（3）人事档案管理模块：可以进行搜索、添加、编辑、删除公司员工人事信息等。
（4）办公文档管理模块：管理员可以对文档信息进行添加、删除和上传，员工可以下载自己所需的文档并保存。
