论美国信息技术产业对经济的促进作用及对我国的启示
摘 要
90年代中期以来，美国信息技术产业以年均30%的速度高速增长，并逐渐成为美国最大的支柱产业之一。信息产业不仅改变了企业的整体面貌，而且改变了美国经济，增强了美国的国际竞争力。大量的研究表明，美国信息技术大大提高了企业生产率，有效降低了企业的经营成本，是美国经济的主要推动力量。
本文首先分析了美国信息产业的概况，接着研究了信息产业对美国经济的影响，然后着重对美国信息技术发展举措进行了阐述和验证，最后分析美国的信息技术产业发展对我国经济发展的启示，并提出了政策建议，以期对我国的经济发展提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract
Since the mid-90's, the United States Information Technology Industry at an average annual rate of 30% of high-speed growth, and gradually became one of the largest pillar industry. The information industry has changed not only the overall look, and changed the U.S. economy, and enhance the international competitiveness of the United States. A large number of studies have shown that the U.S. information technology companies greatly increased productivity, lower operating costs of the enterprise, the U.S. economy is the main driving force.
In this paper, the United States an overview of the information industry, information industry, then examined the impact of the U.S. economy. The United States and then focus on the development of information technology initiatives are described and validated. Finally, the United States Information Technology Industry Development of China's economic development, inspiration, and put forward policy proposals with a view to the economic development of our country to provide a theoretical basis.
