摘 要：近年来，社会主义新农村在如火如荼地建设当中，许多村庄一改前貌，变得干净整洁起来。建设社会主义新农村是中国农村建设过程中的一次伟大的实践，是一项伟大的利民惠民实事。社会主义新农村的建设，有利于提高村民的生活水平，有利于缩小城市与农村之间的差距。在新农村建设过程中，人居环境的治理是其中必不可少的一个环节。人居环境的治理不好会大大影响社会主义新农村的建设进度。然而，人居环境的治理却拥有着许多的问题。本文以剑河县新农村为研究对象，运用文献分析法，实地调研法，比较分析法和个案分析法的方法，研究剑河县新农村建设人居环境治理的问题，得出剑河县新农村建设人居环境的治理要运用多元的治理模式才能充分有效地解决农村人居环境的问题的结论
