浅析“公务员热”现象(论文9300字)
摘 要
近年来,公务员报考持续升温,一方面,企业的就业门槛较高,大多需要工作经验,且工资变化幅度大,在岗竞争压力也不小;另一方面,大学生还未完全脱离书本走向社会,他们选择考公务员,走入一个稳定的圈子。因公务员的工作体面、轻松,工作环境良好,社会保障制度覆盖也比企业更全面,大学生往往抱着试一试的心态去考公务员,造成某些岗位甚至是千人竞争的局面。本文通过“公务员热”的动因分析,发现有关社会问题及影响,进而针对这一现象提出建议,通过制度改革与大学生个人的就业引导,缓解公务员报考热。

Abstract
In recent years, civil servants apply continues to heat up, on the one hand, the enterprise employment threshold is higher, mostly working experience, and the wage change greatly, and the pressure of competition is not small; on the other hand, college students are not completely out of books to the community, they choose the civil service exam, into a stable circle. Because the civil service is decent, easy, work environment is good, the social security system covers more comprehensive than the enterprise, students tend to take a try to test the mentality to the civil service, resulting in some jobs and even thousands of people compete for the situation. Through the analysis of the motivation of civil servants, we find that the social problems and influence, and then put forward suggestions for this phenomenon, through the reform of the system and college students' employment guidance, to ease the civil service’s popularity.
