摘 要
随着移动互联网、大数据技术的不断发展,互联网浪潮不断影响传统餐饮企业,餐饮企业只有迎合互联网趋势、依靠电子商务才能真正会的更多的生存空间,一种新的电子商务模式O2O在餐饮行业中迅速发展起来。
中国餐饮行业规模的扩大以及需求的不断增加,竞争愈发激烈。而且,采用新型生活或者工作方式人群的增加(学生群体、白领群体等),使得外卖渠道开始兴起。但在外卖服务激增的浪潮中,食品安全、食品包装、外送服务质量、消费者反馈受阻等问题并未得到有效解决。在快速发展的O2O环境下,如果问题得不到解决,企业将无法培养消费者忠诚度,无法持续发展。
为了改善目前O2O环境下外卖行业面临的问题,本文以必胜宅急送南湖餐厅为例,结合数据对其外送模式进行分析,对整个餐饮行业的外卖模式提出改进和完善的方法,以期对行业的长期发展提供帮助。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of mobile Internet, big data technology, the wave of the Internet continues to influence the traditional catering business, catering enterprises only rely on e-commerce can really be more living space, a new e-commerce mode of O2O in the food industry developed rapidly, such as public comment, U.S., hungry and catering. O2O as the frequency of services, from line to line is represent the general trend.
China catering industry to expand the scale and increase market supply, also brought fierce competition between different formats. Furthermore, white-collar groups increased and the emergence of new ways of life or work groups, but also to the industry provides a booming catering sales channels - delivery channels. But in the surging wave of delivery service in food safety, food packaging, delivery service quality, consumer feedback disruption problems has not been solved effectively. The rapid development in the O2O environment, if the problem is not resolved, the enterprise will not be able to cultivate consumer loyalty, not sustainable development.
In order to improve the present takeaway industry under O2O environment problems, in order to win ZJS Lake restaurant as an example, combining with the data of its feeding mode analysis, put forward to improve and perfect the method of the takeaway food and beverage industry, to provide help for the long-term development of the industry by the time.
