摘 要
目前我国零售业连锁便利店的物流系统仍旧处于初级阶段，现行的物流运营模式相对较落后，这已经严重制约了我国零售业连锁企业的发展，对行业经营规模以及经济效益的发展都起了抵制作用。所以说如何提高零售连锁便利店企业的经营效益，降低企业物流运营的成本，是现在我国零售连锁便利店企业发展中必须要解决的问题。
本文在对现行零售连锁便利店物流运营模式进行分析的基础上，以及和国外连锁便利店先进成熟的物流运营模式的对比下，对我国连锁便利店物流运营模式存在的不足提出了相应的对策及建议。

Research on logistics operation mode of convenience chain store
ABSTRACT
At present China's retail convenience store chain logistics system is still in its infancy, the existing logistics business model is relatively backward, which has seriously hampered the development of China's retail chain enterprises, the scale of operation of the industry and economic development have played a boycott effect. So how to improve the retail chain of convenience stores the operational efficiency, reduce the cost of logistics operations, is now our retail convenience store chain enterprise development must be addressed.

In this paper, the current retail convenience store chain logistics operation mode based on the analysis, as well as a chain of convenience stores and foreign advanced and sophisticated logistics operation pattern contrast, on China's convenience store chain logistics business model shortcomings and put forward corresponding countermeasures recommendations.
