从小说翻拍成影视剧为视角，看中国影视剧本的创作发展，结合近几年比较火的小说翻拍剧《琅琊榜》、《何以笙箫默》为例子，简单分析小说翻拍体现了小说剧本资源量多、质量高，能够保证满足不同观众的要求，热门的网络小说不会褪色，收视有保障等优势，和具备的抄袭跟风严重，体现的艺术品质不高，小说改编成电影导致节奏过快，体现的艺术精神单一等弊端，并根据实际浅谈近几年来中国影视剧本的创作发展，在中国影视剧本现有道路的基础上，对于小说改编成影视剧本已成主流的趋势，简单的提出扶持原创，提升编剧地位的见解和意见，并期待中国日后影视剧剧本的发展走向可以得到更好的创新，作家们将会创作出更多优秀的作品。
