摘  要：农民集中居住是在经济、社会、政治、文化等各种因素综合催生下的一种产物，同时也是国家建设社会主义新农村的关键，本文通过对我国推进农村集中居住的利弊分析与探讨，从目前农民集中居住的现状出发，着重分析了其中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出相关的政策建议。
