某市农村居民点用地数量变化及驱动机制分析(7700字)
摘 要:当前我国土地资源利用的一个突出问题就是在农村人口非农化的过程中,农村居民点用地规模并没有随着城市化的发展而减少,甚至部分地区出现了快速增加的势头,加强农村居民点用地变化及其驱动机制研究,为合理调控用地提供科学依据,便具有了重要的理论与现实意义。本文通过收集历年长株潭农村居民点数量的资料,同时也收集历年的社会经济统计公报,结合自然、社会、经济等因素,通过综合分析法、文献资料法分析研究农村居民点用地数量的变化.特征及存在的问题,制定相应的政策措施,提出合理化的建议,促进长株潭市农村居民点用地向集约型方向发展,为长株潭市新农村建设,城镇化建设以及农村、农民、农业的可持续发展提供依据。
