摘 要:目前,我国主要B2C购物网站的网购用户渗透率普遍较低,消费者忠诚度普遍不高。服务质量是影响消费者顾客忠诚的重要因素。但是目前对于网络购物服务质量的构成以及服务质量是如何影响消费者忠诚的研究还不是很多。文章首先用问卷调查方法进行调查,获取原始数据,确定影响消费者网络购物若干因素。其次,通过信度分析、效度分析及回归分析对数据进行实证分析,探讨这几个因素与消费者忠诚度之间的关系。研究结果对B2C网络购物网站提其高服务质量进而增强顾客忠诚度有一定的指导意义。

Research on the impact ON consumer loyalty OF B2C online shopping service quality
Abstract:At present, the major B2C shopping site online shopping user penetration is generally low, consumer loyalty is not high. Affect the quality of service an important factor in consumer loyalty. But now online shopping service quality for the composition and quality of service is how to influence consumer loyalty research is not very much. The article first survey using a questionnaire survey method to obtain the raw data, to determine a number of factors influence consumer online shopping. Second, by reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis of the data we studied these factors and the relationship between consumer loyalty. 本文研究的是影响消费者B2C网络购物忠诚度的因素问题,利用调查的方式获得 数据,分别利用因子分析模型等方法对影响消费者B2C网络购物忠诚度的因素进行实证分析。本论文研究的主要内容有:
(1)国内外有关消费者B2C网络购物忠诚度的影响因素相关文献理论;
(2)我们B2C网络购物的基本情况;
(3)消费者B2C网络购物忠诚度的影响因素调查;
(4)提出提高消费者B2C网络购物忠诚度的相关建议。
