摘  要：近年来，上市公司投融资最终目标发生了巨大的变革：一方面是维护和实现投资者的利益；另一方面则是关注社会动态，回馈社会，承担社会责任，维护企业及 相关者的利益，关注企业的环境保护、社会道德、公共利益等指标，不背弃社会。总而言之，就是为了实现上市公司投融资行为的可持续性 。本论文对上市公司投融资现状以及出现的问题做了分析，并提出了解决这些问题的相应对策。

Investment and Financing Behavior of Listed Companies Sustainable Study
Abstract: In recent years, the listed company financing goal has undergone tremendous changes : one is to safeguard and realize the interests of investors; another is the concern of social dynamics, feedback to the society, social responsibility, maintenance enterprises and stakeholders of enterprises, pay attention to environmental protection, social morality, public interests and other indicators, not desert community. To make a long story short, is to realize the investment and financing behavior of listed companies sustainable.
