摘 要：本文根据湖南省石化类八家上市公司07—09年的资产负债表、利润表、利润表等相关财务报表，从成本效益、长期负债与所有者权益对比关系、财务杠杆和所有者权益内部构成状况四个方面对八家公司的资本结构质量进行了简要分析。得出湖南省石化类上市公司的资本结构质量不够高，需要加强提高的结论。

HUNAN PETROCHEMICAL CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF LISTED COMPANIES QUALITY ANALYSIS
Abstract: This paper according to hunan province petrochemical eight listed companies' 07 - '09 balance sheet, an income statement, statements of profit and related financial statements, from the cost benefit, long-term liabilities and owner's equity relation, financial leverage and owner's equity internal composing in four aspects to eight companies' capital structure quality are briefly analyzed. Hunan petrochemical that capital structure of listed companies, to strengthen the quality isn't high enough to improve the conclusion. And how to improve the quality of capital structure puts forward relevant four-point proposal.
