摘  要：文章以某合金投资股份有限公司为例，运用文献参考法、理论与实际结合的方法，针对该公司的经营状况和财务特征分析处于衰退期企业的财务战略定位及相应的财务战略实施措施。通过研究，发现衰退期企业面临较大的经营风险和财务风险，现金流量低，偿债能力低，不论是筹资、投资还是利润分配都有较大压力，从而应选择收缩防御型财务战略。

Research on Enterprise Financial Strategy in the Stage of Recession
– a case study of holding investment company limited
Abstract：Article to Shenyang hejin holding investment company limited, for example, using literature reference method, method of combining theory and practice, for the company's business and financial analysis in a recession period of enterprise's financial strategy and the corresponding financial measures for implementing the strategy. Through research, finding recession corporate face greater risks and financial risks, cash flow and low, low debt-servicing capacity, whether it be finance, investment and profit distribution are a greater pressure, thus shrinking defensive financial strategies should be selected.
