摘 要:建筑业是我国的支柱产业,但我国建筑施工企业的人力资源管理,仍然采取着传统,粗放的管理模式。随着改革开放的进一步加深,越来越多的国内外现今人力资源管理理论冲击着建筑施工行业,传统模式的弊端进一步凸显。本文通过分析现今我国施工企业人力资源管理的特点,探讨了存在的问题,结合我国国情和成功案例,有针对性地提出了改革的措施,目标是实现建筑施工企业的集约型经营,以及对人力资源的科学合理利用。

Construction of Human Resource Management
Abstract:Construction industry is the pillar industries in China, but China's construction enterprises in human resource management, still traditional and extensive management mode. With the further deepening reform and opening up more and more domestic and now impact on human resource management theory construction industry further highlights the shortcomings of traditional models. By analyzing the characteristics of human resource management in the construction enterprises in China today, this paper explores some existed issues. And it put forward some reform measures combined with China's national conditions and success cases, aiming at realizing the intensive construction enterprise management, and scientific and rational using of human resources.
