摘  要：伴随着经济加速增长，人类的生存却受到严重的困扰，面对这些生存危机，人类开始寻求一种建立在环境和自然资源可承受基础上的长期发展模式，即可持续发展模式。改革开放30年来，我国中小企业尤其是钢铁行业迅速成长，已经成为繁荣经济、增加就业、推动创新、催生产业和稳定社会的重要力量。本文从可持续发展战略体系的角度分析了我国钢铁行业发展的实际情况和实施这一体系的必要性。

Research on The Sustainable Development of Yu Ye Casting Co.,Ltd. in Shanxi Province
Abstract: With economic growth accelerated, human survival but serious trouble, in the face of these existential crisis, humans began to seek a built on the environment and natural resources can withstand the long-term development model based on, can continue development model.
