摘要：钢铁产业是国家发展的基础，但钢铁产业发展存在高污染，高耗能等问题，钢铁产业的组织和结构优化，对实现转型升级尤为重要。本文将宝钢钢铁集团作为研究对象，研究他在供给侧改革背景下的转型发展。首先，针对当前供给侧改革的背景及现状进行简单的剖析，归纳总结了目前我国钢铁行业现阶段的主要问题。其次，分析了宝钢集团的历史发展，对宝钢集团成熟阶段进行了波特五力模型分析，并计算经济能力指标，结果发现成熟期宝钢虽实力强大，但发展能力较弱，利润增长水平逐年下降其，而结构转型是解决这个问题的一个好方法。接着，对宝钢进行了SWOT 分析，并且运用层次分析法对宝武合并后的竞争力进行了评估，设立了竞争力的评估体系，确定各指标权重，最终结果为宝武钢具有较强的竞争力，由此可见宝钢进行的兼并重组，使其产能，效益等都有了很大的提高。从宝钢集团的发展转型之路我们可以总结出钢铁企业的转型是各种因素驱动的结果，而并购重组是转型的一个重要方法。最后，从宝钢集团的发展推及整个钢铁行业，归纳出我国钢铁行业未来发展也要注重多元化发展，注重产能效益的提高，并且离不开政府给予必要的支持。这些经验结论，对于那些还在进行转型的钢铁企业具有相当重要的参考价值。 [资料来源：http://Doc163.com]

Abstract:Iron and steel industry is the basis of national development, but the development of iron and steel industry, there are high pollution, high energy consumption and other issues, the iron and steel industry organization and structure optimization, to achieve transformation and upgrading is particularly important. This paper takes Baosteel Group as the research object and studies thetransformation and development under the background of its supply side reform. Secondly, the historical development of Baosteel Group is analyzed, and the Baumer model analysis and SWOT analysis are carried out on Baosteel Group. The competitiveness of Baowu after the merger is evaluated by AHP. It is found that Baosteel's merger and reorganization Its production capacity, benefits and so have a great improvement. From the development of Baosteel Group, we can conclude that the transformation of iron and steel enterprises is the result of various factors, and M & A is an important method of transformation.
