员工绩效考核是企业人力资源管理工作的核心职能之一，在合理用人、公正分配、调动员工积极性、有效实现组织目标等方面起着重要作用。本文从目前企业员工绩效考核现状入手，浅析企业员工绩效考核过程中出现的问题，并提出相应的对策。

Abstract
employee performance appraisal is one of the core functions of human resource management in enterprise, which plays an important role in the rational use of human, fair distribution, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, and effectively achieve organizational goals. This article from the current situation of enterprise staff performance evaluation, analysis of the problems occurred in the process of enterprise performance evaluation, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
