摘要 ：这篇文章是根据目前各中小企业在存货和管理方面所遇到的困难和问题，通过分析问题，对于所面临的困难提出相应的解决办法，提高企业效率。旨在分析存货管理所产生的影响。对于中小企业要及时采取相应的解决办法，切实行动，总结经验和教训，不断完善、改正和提高存货管理的办法。根据做出的解决方案建立健全的科学管理体制，认识并克服自身的不足。使新的管理体制能够真正的服务于本公司，让公司得到切实的经济效益。该方案需要规定适合的存货量，从成本上考虑，来提高公司的利益。同时也要做好质量和服务，保证生产的正常有序地进行。衡量一个企业存货储备是否合理、流动资金占用是否最佳、管理制度是否完善的标志是存货管理的好坏。所以，作为企业来说，加强并改善存货管理的制度，从而使企业变得更强。

Abstract In this paper, current problems faced by SMEs in inventory management, and propose appropriate preventive measures. It aims to analyze the impact of inventory management generated. Meanwhile SMEs should also be aware of their shortcomings, continue to learn and improve inventory management philosophy, to establish a scientific management system, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, to increase the maximum economic control inventories and other costs. While making inventory management to ensure normal production, we can effectively serve the basic production, transformation of the entire process. Inventory management has become a measure of the quality of enterprise management system is perfect, inventory reserves is reasonable, whether the optimal working capital and other important signs. Therefore, enterprises should strengthen and improve inventory management measures to achieve the promotion of business bigger, stronger goal.
