摘 要
经过几年的发展，我国的中小企业以势如破竹的形式迅速成长起来，渐渐在国民经济中占据了不可无视的地位，并在社会的各个领域，如：改善就业、增加居民收入等方面都作出了较大的贡献。但融资困难的问题一直影响中小企业，尤其是影响创新型中小企业的进一步发展，因此，解决好融资问题是创新型中小企业在成长过程中不可忽视的环节。
本文首先介绍了什么是创新型中小企业，创新型中小企业的融资渠道。然后对创新型中小企业当前的融资现状以及融资中存在的问题进行了分析，创新型中小企业融资成本高、融资结构不合理、资金来源有限。接着从创新型中小企业自身缺陷、政府相关政策力度、信用担保法律体系、融资结构等方面分析出创新型中小企业融资难的原因，最后从政府、金融机构、企业自身这几方面对解决创新型中小企业融资难提出了合理化的建议。

Abstract
After several years of development, China's rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the form of sweeping up and gradually occupy the position of cannot be ignored in the national economy, and in all fields of society, such as: improving employment, increasing the income of residents have made a greater contribution. Small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem has been affected, especially affects the further development of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, therefore, to solve the financing problem is an innovative small and medium-sized enterprises can not be ignored in the process of growth.

This paper firstly introduces what is the financing channel of innovative smes and innovative smes. Then the current innovative small and medium enterprises financing status quo and the problems existing in the financing of was analyzed, and the innovative small and medium-sized enterprise financing cost is high, the unreasonable financing structure, financing source co., LTD. Then from innovative small and medium-sized enterprise own defects, the level of government policy, credit guarantee legal system, financing structure, the author analyzes the reasons of the innovative small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties, and finally from the government, financial institutions, enterprise itself the several aspects to solve innovative small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult to put forward the rationalization proposal.
