摘 要:职业理想,简单来说是指人们对未来的专业、工作部门、工作种类以及事业成就大小的向往和追求。论文在提出职业理想权威的定义的基础上,以中小企业员工为调查对象,深入各中小型企业,运用问卷调查和实地访谈法,调查中小企业员工的职业理想类型、理想完成程度和理想与现实的差距,提出中小企业员工实现自己的职业理想时所面临的问题,分析他们的职业理想选择、理想实现途径和实现过程中主要的影响因素,并进行综合归类整理,分析,总结等,并提出一些提升中小型企业的竞争力的合理化对策和建议,优化员工职业理想,培养其正确的职业意识,形成好的职业情感。

The Investigation And Analysis About The Career Pursuit Of The Minor Enterprises Staff In Contemporary Society.
Abstract:Occupation ideal, it simply refers to the people in the future, the professional sector, type of work and career success and the desire to pursue. The paper put forward the ideal in the occupation authority on the basis of the definition, to employees of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, the depth of the small and medium enterprises, by using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, survey of employees of small and medium-sized enterprises, the occupation ideal type ideal to complete the level and the gap between ideal and reality, proposed that the small and medium-sized enterprise employees to realize their occupation ideal by problems, analyze their occupation ideal, ideal implementation way and the realization process of the main influence factors, and to conduct a comprehensive classification, analysis, summary and so on, and puts forward some improving small and medium enterprises competitive rational countermeasures and suggestions, optimize employee occupation ideal, cultivating their correct occupation consciousness, form good the occupation emotion.
