摘 要
自从2012年8月23日,微信公众平台上正式上线以来,到目前已经有很多达到十万、百万、甚至于千万粉丝的个人、媒体、公司,通过定期发送相关的个人价值输出、产品输出、各类文化等等通过公众平台的微信服务号和订阅号的形式传递给相应的粉丝群体、这些粉丝一般具有很强的粘度,在这个公众号上,他们有着相同的价值需求、兴趣需求、甚至于在某些方面产生生活、情感上的共鸣,因此经常会有10万+的文章、视频出现在朋友圈里。
本文选取了母婴行业作为研究对象,主要通过对于现阶段新媒体的大环境下,主要研究分析其在微信公众号的用户行为,并针对这些行为相对应所采取的运营方案、策略制定。
本文的主要结论是通过各种推广方式找到其中相对应的精准粉丝、传递相对应的价值输出、加上及时有效的营销方案、增加与粉丝之间的互动、做到对于粉丝心中有数、了解粉丝的行为习惯对自己的信息输出做到准确的调整以适应粉丝的需求,同时又不失自己的传达的信息的独有的特征,形成这样一个良性的循环,增加粉丝的粘度,提高公众号的活跃度。
