摘要：常言说：民以食为天，这句话无论放到哪个年代都是不变的真理，无论人贫穷还是富裕，要想生存都离不开饮食。尽管如今我国经济发展水平已经发展到了一个新的高度。人们手中有了更多的资金可供支配，但是对于饮食这一块却永远要放在最重要的位置上。而人们正是意识到了这一点开始有越来越多的人涌入其中，而且随着互联网经济的快速发展餐饮与其逐渐的结合产生出来了一个依托电商手段方式的新型餐饮行业。如今这个新型产业发展的越来越火爆，成为了我国一个新的经济增长点。
电子商务这蕴含着各式各样的新技术，这一行业影响着餐饮行业，在这个信息化的时代又会给餐饮行业带来怎样的变化呢？在快速发展的互联网经济带动之下，传统的餐饮业开始发展起来了一个新的分支，而这个与电商充分结合的新型餐饮行业又会有怎样的明天呢？
笔者以电商的简要介绍作为切入点展开论述，之后结合餐饮行业的一些特点逐渐深入分析和探讨其中的一些缺点和不足，并提出了自己对此的一些观点和看法，指出要想使该行业发展的更加良性有序，需要把此新型行业中的两个重要的组成部分——电商和餐饮进行紧密且有机的结合。
