【摘要】随着经济全球化的不断发展以及互联网信息技术的不断创新，引发了商务方式的变革。21世纪是一个信息时期，是互联网与电子商务等高速发展的时期。在电子商务高速发展的今天，很多人对电子支付这一消费方式已经并不再陌生。现如今我国电子支付产业已经取得了非常显著的进步。电子商务的兴起已经侧地改变了人类以往的生产生活模式，对整个人类的政治，经济，文化等都起到了很大的改变，银行服务业在这这个因素的影响下也得到了很大的发展，同时也受到了很大的挑战。电子商务是一种新型的商务方式，是国际贸易发展的必然趋势，尽管今天的电子商务与之前传统商务相比，有着它极大的优势和发展的广阔前景，但仍然存在着诸如网络信任，支付手段，等问题，安全电子支付是电子商务发展的关键，也是一个不断创新和发展的领域，本文通过对电子商务总体结构和运作模式的研究，对电子商务中的几种支付手段来进行分析 ,并针对电子支付所需要的不同的安全性的要求,探讨关于电子支付的网络和信息安全技术。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of economic globalization and the constant innovation of Internet information technology, led to a change in the way business.The 21st century is an information era, the Internet and electronic commerce rapid development period.In the rapid development of e-commerce today, a lot of people about the consumption patterns have electronic payment and not be a stranger.Nowadays electronic payment industry in China has made significant progress.E-commerce has undeniable changed the whole social politics, economy, culture and all aspects of life, industry driven by the trend will also accept the unprecedented development opportunity and the challenge, is a new kind of business mode, e-commerce is the inevitable trend of the development of international trade, although compared before today's e-commerce and traditional business, has its great advantages and broad prospects of development, but still exist, such as network trust, payment method, such as problems, safety is the key to the development of e-commerce, electronic payment is also a continuous innovation and development of the field, based on the overall structure and operation mode of electronic commerce research, several kinds of means of payment in e-commerce is analyzed, and according to the different security requirements of electronic payment, the discussion about electronic payment network and information security technology.
