民间反扒联盟引发的法律思考

摘 要：扒窃行为一直威胁着公民的财产安全和人身安全，而民间反扒联盟是近些年出现的新事物，其出现符合了人民利益，维护了社会稳定。但是反扒联盟也引起了人们的广泛争议，而现阶段我国对民间反扒联盟的研究又比较少。本文在对民间反扒联盟的概念和特征进行阐析的基础上，探讨了民间反扒联盟引出的若干法律问题，提出了一些保障民间反扒联盟的立法建议。
