摘  要：缺陷汽车产品召回制度是一种事前弥补缺陷以减少损害的措施，该法律制度近几年才开始实施，还有许多不足，还需不断完善。本文介绍了缺陷汽车产品召回制度概念，并对我国目前缺陷汽车产品召回的立法现状和存在的问题进行了述评。缺陷汽车产品召回制度本是个舶来品，本文采用与美国、欧洲等国的相关立法制度进行比较，并进一步提出建立我国缺陷汽车产品召回法律制度的构想。

This paper introduces the concept of defective automotive product recall system. Defective automotive products on the recall of the current legislative status and problems are reviewed. The defective vehicle product recall system is exotic， this paper， the relevant legislation and the United States to compare the system， and further proposed the establishment of defective auto product recall legal system in China..
