论城管强制措施的法律监管
摘 要：随着我国城市化进程的加快，城市规划的科学管理也变得愈加突出和重要了。城管作为城市市容的重要维护者，也为城市的美化做出了自己的贡献。然而，近来越来越多的城管执法引发的暴力问题以及造成恶劣的社会影响也使城管一直处在舆论的焦点位置。归根到底，是城管强制措施没有相应的系统的法律对其进行规范和监管。本文将结合我国的实际情况，分析我国城管强制措施中法律位缺所造成的问题及其产生的危害，并提出一些解决的途径。

The Research on Legal System of Enforcement Action by City Inspectors
Abstract:With the accelerated urbanization process, urban planning and scientific management have become increasingly prominent and important. Urban management as a key defender of city appearance, but also for the beautification of the city made its own contribution. Recently, however, a growing number of urban management and law enforcement caused by violence and the adverse social impact of public opinion also has been in the focus of city management position.In the final analysis, is the urban management system of coercive measures without the corresponding legal norms and its regulation. This paper will combine the actual situation in China, analysis of the urban management and law enforcement measures, the problems caused by missing bits and the resulting harm, and proposes some ways to solve.
