中国检察官法律职业道德的培植

摘     要
中国检察官的法律职业道德在社会主义法制建设中有着极其重要的意义。检察官是我国法律的实施者与维护者，是国家意志与国家权力的主要践行者。检察官良好的法律职业道德对克服司法实践中的司法腐败，维护司法的公平、公正有积极的作用。是国家法律制度顺利实施的保障。它与公民、法人、国家机关工作人员的权利与义务、国家司法机关的清誉、国家政治生活、经济生活及其他社会生活的基本秩序密切相关。
本文分为三个部分。第一部分是中国检察官法律职业道德的概括，这一部分为本文的研究指明方向；第二部分是中国检察官法律职业道德存在的合理性。只有研究了中国检察官法律职业道德存在的合理性，才能在此基础上提出培植中国检察官法律职业道德的措施；第三部分是培植中国检察官法律职业道德的具体措施。
