摘  要
自人类进入现代社会以来,能源和环境问题已成为制约发展的主要因素。人们的视线逐渐转移到如何提高可再生能源的使用效率上。太阳能作为“清洁能源”无处不在,其应用前景非常广阔。太阳能的核心是光伏电池,将太阳能转化为电能。光电器件的输出特性受内部电阻以及外部光照的影响,本文将从内部电阻和光照强度两个方面研究电池特性。
为了研究光伏发电系统,本文使用Matlab / Simulink中的Power System Blockset软件包。通过对光伏电池电路的研究,建立起仿真模型,从而得到特性曲线。仿真结果验证了模型的正确性,并得出以下结论:功率输出受串联电阻和阳光强度的影响。串联电阻增大时,功率与之成反比,会减小;光生电流增大时(日照强度增大,光生电流随之增大),输出功率也变大。这对光伏系统的研究具有重要意义。

Research on Volt-ampere Characteristics of Solar Cells
Abstract
Since the human society developed rapidly, the environment and  energy have become an important issue facing people. How to make full and effective use of renewable energy has become the focus of attention. As a widely distributed "clean energy source," solar energy has a good application prospect. Photovoltaic cells are a core part of solar power generation and have the effect of converting solar energy into electricity. However, due to the complex nature of the device itself, the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells is still very low. Moreover, the output characteristics of the photovoltaic cell have a nonlinearity. This non-linearity is affected by the external environment (including sunlight intensity, temperature, load, etc.) as well as its own technical indicators (such as output impedance), so that the output power of the photovoltaic cell changes. The actual conversion efficiency is further limited. Therefore, the research on the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells has become an important issue in the industry. [资料来源:www.doc163.com]
In order to study the photovoltaic power generation system, this paper uses the Power System Blockset software package in Matlab/Simulink to establish the PV battery voltage characteristic simulation system according to the working principle and mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell. The characteristic curve of the photovoltaic cell was obtained by simulation of the set-up model, and the effect of the solar radiation and the internal series resistance of the photovoltaic cell on its volt-ampere characteristic was quantified by changing the internal and external parameters in both directions. The simulation results confirm the correctness of the model, and the following conclusions are drawn: The output characteristics of photovoltaic cells in different environments are different and change according to certain rules, but in each environment, the photovoltaic cells have the maximum power output point of the sweater. . This is of great significance for the research of photovoltaic systems.
