摘 要
甲醛是一种无色的,有强烈刺激性气味的气体。甲醛气体是一种有害气体无论对于环境还是人体健康都有极大的危害,而且许多疾病的产生都与甲醛有关而且还会引发如肺癌、白血病、 鼻喉癌等严重的致命性疾病。所以如何实现快速高效的检测室内甲醛的含量方法已经变的刻不容缓。
传统的检测方法操作麻烦,而且精度不够高。于此本研究设计了一种在室内具有检测和超限报警功能并且可以无线传输实时数据的甲醛检测仪。该设计方案基于STC89 C52RC单片机,选择ZE08-CH2O甲醛传感器。该系统将传感器输出的信号通过单片机进行信号和数据处理,最后由LCD1602显示甲醛浓度值以及时间信息,并将数据通过无线发送装置NRF24L01+传输到电脑上。
本设计具有显示报警功能,数据无线传输,LCD数据显示等功能,并且具有功耗低、精度高、便于携带等特点,是基于电化学传感器的智能设备这是当今市面上检测甲醛浓度的主流方式。

Design of formaldehyde gas detector
Abstract
Formaldehyde is a colorless, strong smell of gas smell. Formaldehyde gas is a kind of harmful gas both for the environment and human health have great harm and many diseases are with the formaldehyde but also triggers such as lung cancer, leukemia, nose laryngeal cancer and other serious fatal disease. So how to achieve fast and efficient detection of indoor formaldehyde content method has become urgent.
The operating problems of the traditional detection method, and the precision is not high enough, in this research design a indoors with detection and over limit alarm functions of formaldehyde detector. The design scheme based on STC89C52RC MCU, choose ZE08-CH2O formaldehyde sensor. Sensor output signal by single chip microcomputer for data processing in the system, finally by the LCD1602 display formaldehyde concentration, and the data through the wireless transmitting device nRF24L01+ transfer to the computer.
This design has display and alarm function, wireless data transmission, LCD display and other functions, and has low power consumption, high precision, easy carrying, etc. is based on electrochemical sensor intelligent equipment is also available in the market mainstream to determine the concentration of formaldehyde.
