摘要:本文主要叙述大棚定时温控系统的设计,该系统主要实现的功能为用户可通过键盘按键或手机蓝牙控制的方式设置系统实时时钟与大棚环境温度定时恒温加热等功能,当实时时钟到达设置的定时时间后系统开始执行升温加热工作,大棚环境温度由温度传感器检测并反馈,最终使大棚环境温度恒温在设定值。当执行时间完成后系统停止恒温加热,等待下一个周期的开始,如此一直循环。本设计采用STC89C52微处理器作为逻辑控制器,PCF8563时钟芯片作为时钟源,微处理器通过读取PCF8563时钟芯片数据获取当前的实时时钟,时钟信息通过LCD1602液晶显示屏直观显示,人机交互由液晶显示屏和轻触按键以及手机蓝牙控制组成,该设计中还加入了18B20温度检测传感器以及PTC恒温发热片组成大棚定时温控系统。

Design and implementation of timer based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract:In this paper, the main narrative greenhouses timing of temperature control system design, the system is mainly the functions for users can be set up by means of keyboard keys or phone bluetooth control system real time clock timing and greenhouse environment temperature constant temperature heating, and other functions, after the real time clock to set the timing time system began to perform heating heating work, greenhouse environment temperature by temperature sensor detection and feedback, finally make the greenhouse environment temperature constant temperature in value.When after the completion of the execution time system stops constant temperature heating, waiting for the start of the next cycle, so have been circulating.This design adopts the STC89C52 microprocessor as the logic controller, PCF8563 clock chip as the clock source, by reading PCF8563 clock chip microprocessor data for current real-time clock, the clock information through LCD1602 LCD display, visual display, human-computer interaction by the LCD display and light touch control buttons and mobile phone bluetooth, also joined in the design of the 18 b20 temperature detection sensor and PTC thermostat heating pieces of greenhouse temperature control system regularly.
