摘要：目的：对比分析不同标本采集方法对细菌检验质量的影响对比 方法：选取我院检验科于2019年1月至12月所收集的2000份细菌实验标本进行回顾性分析，将这份细菌实验标本A组和B组两组各1000份，其中A组1000份样本中统一进行常规检验，在采集血液样本时由采集人员进行血液取样，尿液标本、粪便标本、痰液及生殖道分泌物等标本采集则是由医师告知患者一些采集的事项，由患者自行采集标本后在规定时间交至医务样本采集人员，在同一的送检时间内由医务采集人员将所收到的标本送至检验科。B组则由专业的医务样本采集人员帮助患者进行标本的采集，在采集过程中严格遵照无菌操作进行采集，比较两组的标本检验合格率 结果：统一进行常规检验的A组1000份样本中，样本合格率为80.2%，由专业的医务样本采集人员帮助患者进行标本的采集，在采集过程中严格遵照无菌操作进行采集的B组的样本合格率则为93.9%。两组标本检验结果具有显著差异 结论：本研究结果表明，在临床检验中，由专业的医务样本采集人员帮助患者进行标本的采集，在采集过程中严格遵照无菌操作进行采集的样本合格率会显著提升，应该在临床检验中严格贯彻。
