经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的疗效对比(论文3400字)
摘要
目的：对经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术（PKEP）和经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生的效果进行比较。方法：选取2012年l0月～2014年10月的127例前列腺增生患者进行治疗实验，分为电切组和剜除组，61例患者采用经尿道等离子前列腺电切术进行治疗，62例患者采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术进行治疗，还有1例神经源性膀胱患者，3例剜除术失败的患者退出试验。结果：剜除组术中出血少[(78.5±4.62)ml vs (115.0±43.5)ml，P＜0.05]，切除腺体多[(60.5±29.3)g vs (45.9±30.5)g，P＜0.05]。两组手术时间相近[(93.4±35.5)min  vs (81.3±46.3)min，P＜0.05]。结论：经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术在治疗前列腺增生中效果优于电切术，治疗更加彻底，出血少，效果明显。

Abstract
Objective: to transurethral plasma gouge prostate surgery (PKEP) and the urethra plasma cutting technique of prostate (PKRP) comparing the effect of treatment of hyperplasia of prostate. Selection methods: l0, 2012—— 2014 in October of 127 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated experiment, divided into electricity cut and tear in addition to the group, 61 cases were treated by transurethral plasma cutting of prostate surgery treatment, 62 cases were treated by transurethral plasma gouge prostate surgery treatment, and 1 case of patients with neurogenic bladder, gouge out except 3 cases of patients dropped out of the test failure. Gouge results: in addition to the group of less intraoperative hemorrhage [ml (785 + 462) vs (115.0 + 43.5) for ml, t = 4.511, P = 0.000), remove glands more [(60.5 + 29.3)g vs (45.9 + 30.5) g, t = 2.709, P = 0.008). Two groups of operation time close [(93.4 + 35.5) min vs (81.3 + 46.3) min, t = 1.629, P = 0.106). For three months after the prostate symptom score, quality of life index, maximum urinary flow rate, residual urine volume and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Conclusions: transurethral plasma gouge out in addition to the effect of surgery in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia of prostate is superior to the electricity cut method, more thorough treatment, less bleeding, the effect is obvious.
