【内容摘要】
中国是个多民族的大家庭，壮族在少数民族中所占比例较大，即便人口众多、历史久远，但是他们没有属于自己的文字，只有语言。在漫长的历史河流中，壮族人民将民族精神与历史文化全部沉淀于本民族的艺术形式中，而舞蹈就是其主要艺术形式。在壮族的民族文化传承中，蚂拐舞具有不可替代的作用。自古以来，壮族人民以歌舞的形式继续传递着最原始的民族文化，并培养与孕育着本民族的性格和气质，让壮族在历史发展中留下了鲜明色彩，为研究壮族的艺术、文化、历史等信息留下科学依据。文章将分为四部分进行探讨。第一部分，概述了壮族蚂拐舞的起源；第二部分，从五方面探究了壮族蚂拐舞的舞蹈形式；第三部分，分别从体态、动律、节奏等方面研究其舞蹈特征；第四部分，探究了蚂拐舞的艺术价值。通过本次研究，希望能够加深对壮族蚂拐舞的了解，促进其舞蹈发展。

[Abstract]
China is a large family with many nationalities, and the zhuang ethnic group occupies a large proportion among the minority nationalities. Even though the population is large and ancient, they have no words of their own, only the language. In the long historical river, the Zhuang people have settled the national spirit and historical culture in the art form of the nation, and the dance is its main art form. In the inheritance of national culture of Zhuang nationality, there is an irreplaceable role in the dance. In the form of singing and dancing since ancient times, zhuang people continue to convey the original national culture, and cultivate and gestates the nation's character and temperament, let Zhuang left a bright color in the historical development, for the research of Zhuang art, culture, history, information such as the scientific basis. The article will be divided into four parts. In the first part, the origin of the Zhuangzu dance is summarized. In the second part, the dance form of the Zhuang nationality is explored from five aspects. The third part studies its dance characteristics from the aspects of body, movement and rhythm. The fourth part, the artistic value of the dance. Through this study, we hope that people can deepen their understanding of the Zhuang nationality and promote their dance development.
