Abstract: The paper expounds the importance of enhancing the national culture as absorbing the foreign culture and contends the culture of that a suitable way to devolop national packing and designing culture should be found between tradition and inheritance . Only the cornbination of the original form which is created on the basis of absorption and transference and current idea can be accepted by the consumer.
