摘 要：为探明偷垒的成功能否在棒球比赛中起到决定性作用，为河南省棒球队日后训练及其比赛提供参考依据。运用文献资料法，观察法，数据统计法对第十三届全运会棒球预选赛河南省参赛队六场比赛进行了系统分析与研究。发现在一垒有跑垒员时得分率为25%，二垒有跑垒员时得分率为50%，三垒有跑垒员时得分率为75%。在这六场比赛中，河南省棒球队面对香港，辽宁和山东省棒球队时偷垒率很高，相对应得分率也很高，而对阵江苏，上海和广东省棒球队时偷垒率较低。偷垒的成功可以为比赛的结果发挥很大的战略作用。

The importance of a steal base in a baseball game
Abstract： In order to know whether the success of steal base can play a decisive role in baseball game, it will provide reference for Henan baseball team's future training and competition. By using the method of literature, observation and data statistics, the paper systematically analyses and studies the six games of the thirteenth games in Henan province. It was found that the scoring rate was 25% at first base runner and 50% at second base runner. The score was 75% when base runner had three base runs. In these six games, the Henan baseball team has a high rate of stealing in the face of Hongkong, Liaoning and Shandong, and a relatively high scoring rate, while the baseball team in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Guangdong has a low base. The success of stealing bases can play a great strategic role in the outcome of matches.
