     市场比较法是最常见的评价方法之一。在本论文中，我们研究了基于GIS的市场比较方法房地产决策支持系统。首先，我们设计了本文的系统逻辑结构，第二，我们建立了数据库和评价模型数据库，然后，我们设计了系统的功能，最后，我们以赣州为例，发展和实现该系统。通过应用该系统，结果表明，该系统可以控制各类市场比较法的过程中，减少了主观因素的影响，从而使房地产评估更加科学，让评估结果更加可信。

Real Estate Decision Support System Of Market Comparison Approach Based On GIS
              Market comparison approach is one of the commonest appraise approach. In this paper, we studied real estate decision support system of market comparison approach based on GIS. Firstly, we design the system logic structure in this paper, secondly, we establish the database and model database for appraise, and then, we design the system function, finally, we take the Ganzhou as an example, develop and realize the system. By applying the system, the result showed that the system can control each process of market comparison approach, reduce the influence of subjective factor, thus make real estate appraise more scientific and let the appraised result more Credible.
