摘要
德州市是缺水的城市, 因多年的地下水开采已形成比较严重的地下漏斗, 地表水源受有机污染, 生活饮用水水源来自引黄工程, 原水为水库水。目前,德州市仅有第三水厂为全市提供生活饮用水, 为保证供水水质及用水系统安全, 并服务于德州市高铁新区的开发建设及市区的发展, 建设第四净水厂供水工程, 该净水厂工程设计规模为 11 ×10000 m 3 /d。本设计为德州市自来水厂给水工程设计。水厂工艺采用预处理/常规处理/深度处理的主导流程,力求稳妥可靠,适应性强,强调了配水均匀。

Abstract
Dezhou is a city short of water, due to years of overexploitation of groundwater has formed serious underground funnel, surface water by organic pollution, life drinking water from Yellow River Diversion Project, raw water into the reservoir water. At present, Texas City, only the third water plant for the city to provide drinking water, in order to ensure the safety of water quality and water system, and service to Texas City high iron new area development and construction and urban development and Construction Fourth net water supply engineering, engineering scale of the waterworks is 11 x 104 m3/d. This design is the design of water supply project of Dezhou water supply plant. Water treatment process using pretreatment /conventional treatment/depth treatment of the leading process, and strive to be safe, reliable, strong adaptability, emphasizing the water distribution uniformity.
