摘 要：20世纪90年代以来，房地产业在我国发展迅猛，以住宅为主的房地产业己经成为我国国民经济的支柱产业。然而，近年来，我国一些地方政府对房地产高速 增长的目标过分追求，在房地产开发中存在着大量短期行为，造成了资源的浪费和环境的破坏，影响着房地产业的可持续发展。研究拟在借鉴国内外房地产可持续发 展的理论与方法的基础上，对长沙市房地产业可持续发展进行分析和评价，揭示长沙城市房地产发展存在的主要问题，提出相应对策，进而达到为宏观经济调控提供 理论依据的目的。

The Sustainable Development Research on Changsha Real Estate
Abstract：Since the 1990s, with the rapid development of real estate industry the real estate industry in China,of residence in China has become a pillar industry of the national economy. However, in recent years, some local governments real estate growth targets in the pursuit of real estate development, too, there are a lot of short-term behavior, caused the waste of resources and environmental damage, the impact on the sustainable development of real estate industry. Study abroad in reference to the sustainable development of real estate theory and method, on the basis of sustainable development of real estate industry in Changsha, analysis and evaluation of Changsha city the main problems existing in the real estate development, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and reached for macroeconomic regulation provides theoretical basis for the purpose.
