摘  要：我国建筑用能效率十分低下，提高建筑用能效率，推进住宅建筑节能就显得十分重要。本文阐述了目前住宅建筑节能的现状和存在的问题及其必要性，并从住宅建筑外墙围护结构、门窗幕墙、屋面、建筑设计等方面简述了目前住宅建筑节能的主要节能技术。通过案例分析阐述了节能型住宅建筑的应用方式，同时对住宅建筑节能的发展前景做出了一定的分析，并提出了相应的建议。

Research On Energy Saving Method of Residential Construction
Abstract：In our country, the energy efficiency in building is very low, to improve building energy efficiency and promote the residential building energy-saving is very important. This paper describes the status of residential construction energy efficiency, existing problems and building energy-saving necessity, from the external envelope of residential buildings, doors, windows, roofing.,architectural design at the moment for the main technical. Through the case analysis, and expounds the application of energy-saving residential buildings, while residential development prospects of building energy efficiency and make some analysis, and made recommendations accordingly.
