摘要
本工程根据毕业设计的要求，针对于黄石XX长江花园5#楼施工组织设计进行编制的，结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、规程等资料，编制的单位工程施工组织设计文件。一个科学的施工组织设计，将使建筑施工活动协调有序，提高工作效率，达到缩短工期、降低成本、争创优质的效果，并争评省优秀工程。用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。
在施工组织设计方面，本设计综合运用系统工程原理、及进度计划横道网络方法等工程理论和Microsoft Project 2010、Microsoft Visio 2010及Auto CAD 2010等软件，对拟建工程项目进行合理、科学、经济的规划，制定技术先进与经济合理相统一的施工方案，切实可行的施工进度计划，合理有效的技术组织措施以及施工现场空间的合理布置形式。
本设计主要包括以下内容：工程概况、施工方案、工程量计算书、施工准备、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工平面布置、安全施工的措施。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸，估算出整个工程量，并结合预算定额的相关要求和规范，合理安排施工顺序，充分利用机械设备，努力提高劳动效率，组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护，从而确保工程的安全和质量。 [资料来源：http://Doc163.com]

Abstract
This project according to the requirements of graduation design, aimed at the preparation in Huangshi XX garden of the Yangtze River 5# building construction design, combined with the specific situation and about the current rules and regulations, the preparation of unit project construction organization design documents. A scientific construction organization design will make coordination of construction activities in an orderly manner, improve work efficiency, to shorten the construction period, reduce cost, striving for quality, and provincial excellent project. Comprehensive documentation of technical, economic and organizational activities used to guide the whole process of construction projects.
In construction organization design, this design using the principle of system engineering, and schedule of the project to cross the road network engineering theory and Microsoft Project 2010, Microsoft Visio 2010 and Auto CAD 2010 software, of the proposed construction project are reasonable and scientific, economic planning, construction program to develop advanced technology and reasonable economic unity, practical construction schedule, reasonable and effective technical and organizational measures and the construction site of the space of reasonable arrangement of.

This design mainly includes the following content: project overview, construction scheme, engineering quantity calculation, construction preparation, construction deployment, construction schedule, construction layout, safe construction measures.
