摘  要
施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。本文是根据建设单位提供的施工图纸 、承包合同、图纸会审记录、设计交底记录，参考现行国内规范标准和国际ISO9002、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准，针对新居住宅楼工程基础、主体剪力墙结构、外装修和专业设备安装等施工重点，编制的施工组织设计，主要描述了地基与基础、主体、装饰、屋面、楼地面工程的施工方法，以及各种保证措施，尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。

Abstract
