摘 要
随着计算机信息技术的蓬勃发展和广泛应用，和我国多年的入世经验，同时在全球的经济一体化的形式下，我国中小型污水处理厂所面临的挑战将越来越大。我国中小型污水处理厂要在这种背景下求得生存并发展，就必须要不断提升自身的竞争实力，这就要求中小型污水处理厂不仅要提高本身的业务水平，还要推进企业信息化改革充分整合资源。但是我国的中小型污水处理厂数量非常之庞大，行业种类也非常繁多，通用的企业信息管理系统完全不适用，这就必须要根据企业本身的特点来定制。
本文以中小型污水处理厂的实际应用为背景，在研究ERP系统产生和发展以及管理思想和技术的理论基础上，结合国内中小型污水处理厂的ERP使用现状，分析了市面上的ERP在中小型污水处理厂的应用中的主要问题，并针对存在的问题提出了适合中小型污水处理厂的管理现状的ERP系统目标，设计核心思想和设计准则，并给出解决详尽的解决方案。依照软件工程设计的思想，结合中小型污水处理厂企业的实际需求，和分析企业的物料、销售、生产、采购、库存、固定资产、人力资源等方面的现状，对ERP系统进行了整体流程设计，并阐述系统各功能模块组成和详细流程设计和实现。数据库的设计根据范式准则，并通过绘制数据流程图和E-R图的来详细描述数据库的建模过程，数据结构以及关系模式。本文采用.NET为编程语言，服务器操作系统采用Windows 2003 Sever，数据库才用SQL Sever 2003。 [来源：http://Doc163.com]
目前，本套系统已经在许多中小型污水处理厂试运行，反应皆良好，无论是在业务分析方面还是业务流程方面，都使整个信息化资源达到整合共享状态，这就极大的提高了企业自身的整体运营水平。同时期盼本套ERP系统的设计构思和设计理念能对其他行业的中小型污水处理厂的ERP系统的建设起到一定的借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
