摘 要
随着计算机信息技术的蓬勃发展和广泛应用,和我国多年的入世经验,同时在全球的经济一体化的形式下,我国中小型污水处理厂所面临的挑战将越来越大。我国中小型污水处理厂要在这种背景下求得生存并发展,就必须要不断提升自身的竞争实力,这就要求中小型污水处理厂不仅要提高本身的业务水平,还要推进企业信息化改革充分整合资源。但是我国的中小型污水处理厂数量非常之庞大,行业种类也非常繁多,通用的企业信息管理系统完全不适用,这就必须要根据企业本身的特点来定制。
本文以中小型污水处理厂的实际应用为背景,在研究ERP系统产生和发展以及管理思想和技术的理论基础上,结合国内中小型污水处理厂的ERP使用现状,分析了市面上的ERP在中小型污水处理厂的应用中的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出了适合中小型污水处理厂的管理现状的ERP系统目标,设计核心思想和设计准则,并给出解决详尽的解决方案。依照软件工程设计的思想,结合中小型污水处理厂企业的实际需求,和分析企业的物料、销售、生产、采购、库存、固定资产、人力资源等方面的现状,对ERP系统进行了整体流程设计,并阐述系统各功能模块组成和详细流程设计和实现。数据库的设计根据范式准则,并通过绘制数据流程图和E-R图的来详细描述数据库的建模过程,数据结构以及关系模式。本文采用.NET为编程语言,服务器操作系统采用Windows 2003 Sever,数据库才用SQL Sever 2003。 [来源:http://Doc163.com]
目前,本套系统已经在许多中小型污水处理厂试运行,反应皆良好,无论是在业务分析方面还是业务流程方面,都使整个信息化资源达到整合共享状态,这就极大的提高了企业自身的整体运营水平。同时期盼本套ERP系统的设计构思和设计理念能对其他行业的中小型污水处理厂的ERP系统的建设起到一定的借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
